British Bangers with 3 Mustards

Endive cradles of Roquefort with a honey and fino dressing
Smoked Cheddar

Canasta cream sherry
Bitter Chocolate chunks
Mango slices

Black Martini (Made by Buzz)
White rum, espresso coffee and chocolate liquer garnished with a dusting of cocoa powder.
